Game Preview:
You really don't know how bad 3-31 is until you type it. Check that, you don't begin to know, but even then, it is only pity sympathy. To truly know what that kind of futility feels like, you have to play through it or find yourself a fan of that team. So if you see a Nets fan or Yi, give them a hug. To put it into perspective, the 04-05 Hawks had eight wins by the time they had thirty-one losses. So I guess the Nets can take solace in the fact that they too might go on a (unbelievably) mini run, or on the flip side, they can find the nearest bar to drown sorrows over the fact that it is very easy to only win five more games the rest of the season like the Hawks did back then. Cheers!
On an unrelated note, hardcore complaining about the Hawks' attendance will be allowed by all who attend this game. I have to work so will continue the underhanded insults and shameless pleading for people to show up at Philips but will thus excuse myself from any rants. That is until I go to the Minnesota game.
