Predicted bane of the Hawks existence: Rajon Rondo

Game Preview:

The Hawks have dominated the first two meetings between these two teams. Not Orlando dominated mind you, but they have decisively won two entertaining game. Tough to say the Hawks will make it three in a row on the road, but tough to think of a reason the Celtics will do something differently now other than because they are "due" to do something different.

Fact is, the Hawks matchup well. They have shown that repeatedly, but it still comes down to mental toughness, trust, and effort. The Celtics and Doc Rivers have lots of fancy saying for these these ideas. So I wouldn't be surprised if Boston produces a win and credits a late night text message. If it happens, I will just credit a championship resolve, and if the Hawks pull out the victory, I might have to stop doubting theirs quite so easily.

Keys to the game:

  1. Passive Rondo and three point happy Rasheed.
  2. Feed the low post.
  3. Destroy the Celtics in rebounding the basketball.
  4. Don't allow easy leak out baskets.

Go Hawks!
