Predicted bane of the Hawks existence: Luol Deng
Game Preview:
Vinny Del Negro's coaching makes Mike Woodson in-game blank stare look John Wooden-esque.
So there is that.
Besides that, the Hawks are better, rested, and no one on the Bulls can guard Josh Smith. Atlanta should easily win this game which is still kind of a new concept. So that of course freaks me out.
I don't expect a blowout. The Bulls will surely hit more shots than last time these two teams met. But I would no longer be surprised if it happened. These Hawks apparently enjoy crushing teams. In the end, I just hope my optimism is not some sub-conscious articulation of my desire to see Aaron Gray play. Because I for one did not get enough of his fatness last time out.
Keys to the game:
- Play hard.
- Don't let Rose score a 1,000 points on easy buckets.
Go Hawks!
