The Atlanta Hawks announced on Monday that SportSouth will televise 75 of the team's games from the upcoming 2013-14 season. Bob Rathbun and Dominique Wilkins will return to the sidelines and will be joined by Andre Aldridge as a sideline reporter.
Rathbun has truly become the Hawks television voice as he will be entering his 18th season with the team. Wilkins will be entering his sixth season as a regular in the booth. Jerome Jurenovich and Mike Glenn will also return to Hawks' Live pre and post game show.
SportSouth will kick off its coverage during the preseason on Tuesday, October 8 as the Hawks take on the Bobcats in Asheville, North Carolina. The first regular season broadcast will be from Dallas on October 30. Atlanta's home opener is two nights later on Nov. 1 against the Toronto Raptors.
The Hawks will also have a new radio home this season as they move to 92.9 FM with veteran broadcaster Steve Holman back at the mic for another season.
