Atlanta Hawks issue statement in regards to Mike Budenholzer's arrest

Danny Ferry has issued another statement in regards to head coach Mike Budenholzer's arrest.

The Atlanta Hawks and General Manager Danny Ferry have issued another statement in regards to head coach Mike Budenholzer who was arrested for DUI Wednesday night:

"We take this matter seriously and have been in constant communication with Coach Budenholzer throughout this situation. We support him during this legal process and will let that take its course."

Per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Budenholzer entered a plea of Not Guilty this morning. He was released on bond at 3:45 a.m. Thursday morning while being charged with DUI and a tail light violation.

Budenholzer was hired to replace Larry Drew as Atlanta's head coach over the summer after working with the San Antonio Spurs for 19 years.
