Mike Scott and the Bakersfield Jam travel to Los Angeles Saturday to take on the Defenders in an NBA Development League matchup.

Location: Toyota Sports Center, El Segundo, California
The Jam currently hold the best record in the NBA D-League with a 23-10 record. Some of the faces on their roster have changed but Jerel McNeal is a holdover from Mike Scott's first assignment and is leading the club in scoring at 17.2 points per game. Damion James made a brief appearance with the Brooklyn Nets but is also back with the Jam and is averaging 15.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per contest. Scott appeared in four games with the Jam back in December and averaged 13.3 points and six rebounds.
The Defenders enter the game with a 14-19 record and are led by Courtney Fortson who averages 18 points and 6.0 assists per game. L.A. also has D-League veteran Morris Almond and Lazar Hayward.
