The Atlanta Hawks look to build on Friday's last second victory over the Washington Wizards when they travel to Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Knicks.
Atlanta blew a 15 point lead against the Wizards and needed a last second jumper from Al Horford to escape with a 101-99 win. The win gives Atlanta three in their last four and they will be looking to add to the Knicks' recent struggles.
New York has lost seven of ten and are just 3-8 at home this season. New York lost in Boston 90-86 on Thursday. They are dead last in the Atlantic Division and head coach Mike Woodson is firmly on the hot seat coming into Saturday.
Atlanta has split two regular season meeting with the Knicks. Atlanta fell at Philips Arena 95-91 in the first meeting thanks to a barrage of three-pointers. The Hawks bounced back just three days later with a 110-90 win at the Garden. Jeff Teague led eight different Hawks in double figures with 16 points.
The Hawks are likely to be without reserve center Gustavo Ayon who has missed the last two games with an ankle injury. Tyson Chandler missed both of the previous meetings with Atlanta and won't play on Saturday due to a leg injury. Raymond Felton is also out due to a hamstring injury. Kenyon Martin is listed as questionable with an abdominal injury.
