#Hawks assistants K. Gattison and T. Hill will not return. ATL seeking 1 more coach in addition to pending hire K. Atkinson.
The hire of Kenny Atkinson was reported earlier in the week but nothing regarding the coaching staff has been announced by the team as of yet. Gattison had served as assistant coach for both of Drew's seasons on the bench. Tyrone Hill was a holdover from the Mike Woodson era and spent two seasons with the Hawks as a volunteer assistant. No word as of yet on whether this is a matter of Gattison and Hill leaving for another job or if it is a shakeup to the existing staff.
