The Atlanta Hawks are back in action Wednesday night when they will try to slow down Kevin Durant and the red hot Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Atlanta Hawks could be a little shorthanded Wednesday night when they try to slow down the red hot Oklahoma City Thunder at Philips Arena. Anthony Morrow missed Tuesday's win over the Washington Wizards with a sore back and Larry Drew was forced to use DeShawn Stevenson after a first half injury to Devin Harris. Drew has been reluctant to use Stevenson in back-to-back games so all three players' status could be in question against the Thunder.
Atlanta shocked Oklahoma City on the Thunder's home floor back on November 4. That loss left Oklahoma City with a 1-2 start to the season. Since that point they are 19-2 and will enter Wednesday's game riding an 11-game winning streak. Atlanta has won 12 of its last 15 and are two games behind New York in the Eastern Conference.
Game Date/Time: Wednesday, December 19, 7:30 p.m. ET
Location: Philips Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
TV: SportSouth
Radio: 680 The Fan, 93.7 FM
Online Streaming: NBA League Pass Broadband
