Was this a Brilliant strategy, or dumb luck?
It has been stated that there is no "ON" switch when it comes to the playoffs. But apparently, our
Atlanta Hawks have shocked the world once again by proving that there is one by coming close to possibly upsetting the
Orlando Magic. I don't know who is more shocked of Atlanta playing decent basketball after for better words "sucking" since the all-star break, us fans or those that thought we didn't deserve to make the playoffs because we just barely snuck in. Whatever the answer, those that said we would get swept or loose to Orlando in 5 are now eating those words and are taking notice there is now a basketball team in Atlanta playing decent basketball not named The Atlanta Dream.
So I ask you this Hawks fans, were we "playing dead" for more than half of the season to just let all the other teams in the east underestimate us? Or is this just dumb luck that Larry Drew is more than likely going to try to take credit for as another one of his "brilliant strategies"?
