Cunningham: Inside Camp Drew
Michael Cunningham does his usual great job of getting inside and observes Larry Drew teaching his assistant coaches the new motion offense. No moving pictures in the post but Cunningham does a great job of describing.

that has me looking forward to seeing the hawks run some actual plays and actually move!
I like his interchangeable roles for the players theory or thought. that could work. even mentioned smoove at the five

Hawksgirl you are right
Ajc blog is cluttered in a lot of negative commenters. Personally, I love everything about LD’s offensive plans. Play to your strengths, and not to your disadvantages. Love it.

agree
been reading these post and I’m just happy to see some fresh ideas. LD is willing to change things depending on who we play move guys around. I have wondered if Josh could play some center, almost like a PHX team with Amare at Center. Fast, Athletic, offensive….then when we play a team who’s bigs dominate the offense then we could have Zaza and Al on the floor at the same time or Smoove, Al and Collins
The team needed some fresh ideas on offense

The new offense sounds great on paper. More turnovers are inevitable with less isos. You don’t turn the ball over much if you (Joe) hardly ever pass it.
