Very athletic, young, can hit the three's. Excellent on defense and a FA this summer, what am I missing? Have AL, him and J-smoth rotating the 4 and 5 positions. On the other end for SG, I'd sign and trade JJ for Brandon Roy. That way we would get younger and without the ball-hog iso player that JJ is. Start to play Jeff Teague, release Bibby, resign Jamal Crawford, bring back J-Chill, he's better than Marvin Williams. Now that's a team that can compete.

why would Portland give up Roy for jj?
not saying jj isn’t worth it but We have said jj and Roy are similar in style minus age so I don’t see the blazers giing him up. frye would be a good pickup but lately all I think about is marvs position and/or replacement/chills

When did JJ become a ball hog?
I don’t get this. The offense was flawed even when JJ wasn’t on the court. But anyway, I don’t see how much better this team is with another jump shooter that is not physical is going to be.

He completely vanished last night against LA. I would like to get Earl Clark off their bench though. I think he could be a good back-up forward right now.

Frye seems weak to me...not just physically either
