"Marvin in Motion", or "It's a lot like poetry."
A little props for Marvin. Some of you have been down on Marvin Williams, calling him "Billy Knight's last, greatest mistake". Some have said He needs to be a bench player, if not traded, or released outright. I say He is underutalized, and given the right situation, could be a more dynamic presence. I offer, as exibit "A", a designed play, featuring Marvin! Go ahead and share your hate in the comments below, I know it's coming.

I love marv and I have no doubt in his skills
He just has to “impress” woody enough to stay in the game. I know he can play and offer no hate although I know their are some anti marv fans here but ya gotta admit he has shown up more lately.

Marvin is a solid NBA player
I like Marvin, and he could flourish under a coach that will use him the right way.
I think most people are down on him, because one expects more from a number 2 draft pick, and right or wrong, in ATL, he will for ever be known as the player who was picked instead of the best point guard in the world (CP) or the second best point guard in the world (D Williams).
Marvin can't help when he was picked.
I like Marvin. I think he is the best person on the roster who moves without the ball. He cuts to the basket more than anybody else as well. I agree that he’s underutilized or isn’t being utilized properly.
Bet it hit the rim!
That wasn't a designed play at all
It was a last second shot off of a turnover, but it doesn’t diminish that Marvin has one of the sweetest jumpers on this team. I have never blamed Marvin for where he got drafted because he had no control over that. However, I can’t seem to get past the extreme inconsistency of his play. One night it’s 18/8 the next it’s 2/2.
Regardless of how he is utilized in Woodson’s system, he needs to assert himself more consistently.

Let's say we did not have JJ or Jamal
we might not make the playoffs or be a low seed but Marvin would look much better. Only so many possessions in a game.

Marvin is the worse starter in NBA
Here, let me help you
Please go see this, and you’ll find that there are plenty of starters who are worse than Marvin.

Marvin
Gives u a #2 picks production less than 10 x’s a season rather he is in motion or motionless
omg dude
Give it a GD rest already. Marvin didn’t pick the #2 spot to be drafted, Billy Knight did. Your grinding axe amounts to someone blaming a dalmation for being a dalmation instead of a poodle. At his point I just think you are extremely jealous of the guy.
