I still wanna trade Jamal
I have been tinkering with ESPN's trade machine to see some possible trade considerations.
Here is one:
Atlanta gets : JaVale McGee and Tayshaun Prince
Detroit gets : Andre Blatche, Zaza Pachulia, and Kirk Hinrich
Washington gets: Jamal Crawford, Rodney Stuckey, and Charlie Villanueva
In my opinion, I think that this is a trade that works for all teams involved. The Hawks will be the greatest beneficiary. The Hawks would be able to play very big.
ROTATION
PG: Bibby, Teague
SG: JJ, (Marvin/Tayshaun),
SF: JSmoov, (Tayshaun/Marvin)
PF: Al, JSmoov, Marvin
C: McGee, Al, Twin
Its a solid 9 man rotation that would be GREAT defensively, long and athletic, BIG, and will make a great run in the playoffs.

Washington wouldn't do it
Pistons have been looking to move Tayshaun for a while and Hamilton but not Stuckey. Washington would not move both of its big men. Maybe one, but there is no reason to move either now. As much as I would love to have McGee, I don’t think Washington does it for no big man in return. Also, Stuckey is a point guard, so there will be issues with him playing the 2 alongside John Wall. Like you thinking though, if the Hawks make a trade it will be either Jamal or J-Smoove.

Rebuttal
I think the Pistons are read to scrap all of it honestly. But Stuckey has been in the doghouse this year and from what I have read around nba nation is that no one is safe in the house of Pistons. And in Washington, both bigs are sore thumbs right now. But i will give it this, I think that Wizards would look to get more out of it than what is given but Jamal’s contract gives them salary relief to sign a big target in the future. Also, Stuckey is a very good back up pg/sg combo player. He and Wall wouldn’t share the court too often. Jus some arguments for…
So they give up one of the most promising C's in the NBA...
for backup scrubs? Just cause ESPN says it works doesn’t mean it’s actually a sensible trade.

They're definitely backups
and not worth starters (Blatche and McGee). Yeah, hey I got a serious trade, let’s deal Zaza and the Hamburglar for Noah and Boozer.

While the trade wouldn't make sense for a number of reasons
Jamal and Stuck are starting-caliber guards (Rodney starts, Jamal plays starters minutes). Blatche gets a lot of his production because he’s on a bad team. McGee is an awesome prospect and will be legit one day, but right now he plays less than 30min per and doesn’t have overwhelming stats. It’s a bad trade, but not because those guards are as limited as Zaza and JC.
Sorry. But I love Jamal. I can’t idly as people bash him. Please understand.
I would rather trade Jamal....
For Emeka Okafor. Salary-wise it works. And we’d have a major upgrade over Jason Collins (i.e. someone who rebounds) that I’d be comfortable having in the big starting lineup. Plus it would give New Orleans much needed cap relief and unload a horrible contract.
The only issue would be whether the Hawks would want to commit to EO for the next 4(?) years. And He’s probably put us in the tax next season. And the way it looks, the Hawks want Jamal’s contract to just expire and replace with JC2 so they wont enter the tax.
Now that makes some sense, although the long term of Okafor kind of kills it...
But that’s a strong front line the next several years with Marvin, Al, Smoove, and Okafor. Outside you’ve got Teague, Joe, and Jordan long term with Bibby through next year. Focus on Gs and wing Fs in your draft and as cheap FAs, and that’s not a bad core. Mo Evans, Damien Wilkins, and Jordan Crawford make for adequate backup 2s right now. I think the problem would be more Teague as backup PG, but hell, sink or swim time rook. And his aggressiveness on D could be great with Okafor and Smoove available to clean up any messes behind him. If Sy developed, that could be a very good group. I can see it, especially if Sy looks promising in Utah and Teague becomes 20+ per worthy.

In a way
Making this trade would also fit into the Hawks’ team building strategy. Since EO would be signed for several years, it would just be adding to the core and subtracting a piece that’s gonna go anyway. It’s not purely a win-it-all-this-year kind of move. But… the money.
Hawks Ought to Resign Crawford;, as far as a Trade for others perhaps......
The Atlanta Hawks are in a Playoff Race Some Others are about out of it. Some of the players that could help the Hawks if they were on our team are….Marc Gasol 11.4 ppg C-PF Memphis, K. Humphries 8.7 ppg NJN (if he dont go in Camello Deal), Marco Bellineli 11.0ppg NOH, Willie Green 7.8 ppg , Wilson Chandler 17.7ppg (if he doesn’t go in Camello Trade)NYK, Shawne Williams 7.3 ppg, NYK,Jeff Green 15.4 ppg OC,Spencer Hawes 6.9ppg, Al Thornton9.2ppg.. I would definetly not trade Jamal Crawford for any of these, and Rule out his being traded, He Hopefully will be resigned to 3-5 Year Contract(at least fans can Be Optimistic That the Hawks will Take care of Business) but if you could put a deal together for players or draft picks, Non- Starters of Course… Who knows. The Problem though are these are so far not under contract for next year as far as I know , and if you trade for them you would need to Sign them as well The Trade Deadline is Feb 24th All Potential Great Players and Starters.
Other Good players that might look good in an Atlanta Hawks Uniform Include.....
Glen Davis 12.5 ppg Boston C , Jochim Noah 14.0ppg (him and Al need back Together….),
A. Affalo 12.6ppg, Denver N, Rodney Stuckley 15.3 ppg Detroit P, A. Brooks 13.2 ppg Houston R. Seeing what everybody got in the above proposed deal must make you a Washington Wizard fan.
