If you have followed this team over the last couple of seasons it isn't difficult to see the massive change in philosophy on offense. Larry Drew has installed a motion set that has the Hawks leading the Eastern Conference in scoring (104.0 ppg) and the entire league in field goal percentage (.498).

So when you see the Coach Drew run a beautiful set out of a timeout (in addition to the times when they run the flex and other motion based sets), you know they are heading in the right direction (on the offensive end at least, defense is another story):
