This WILL be my motivation for the rest of the season.

Josh Smith in a blog post talking about his all-star snub. Who knew Josh had a blog? (HT Coco via twitter.)

I am so proud of him!!

The coaches are wrong for not selecting him. His relationship with Woody probably was a factor, but I truly believe their relationship has drastically improved this season.

In related news

Watch out tonight. I really hope Josh Smith posterizes KG or Paul Pierce.

His post was definently felt whole heartedly and im proud of him for being mature about this situation. Cant wait to see him light up the celtics tonight!

Josh seems like a well adjusted young man and is driven by goals.

I think he will be more motivated. One of the strengths of this team is the character of the players and Woody. You can also tell they enjoy playing together. It’s fun to have a team that is more than just talent.

Will not believe it until I see it. Furthermore, the true motivation will not be seen tonite but 2morrow night. We should be the old slow Celtics that give up a layup on the final shot of a game tonite, but we will be in a back to back situation 2morrow and that will show if he or we really have motivation, and I question that. Hopefully we beat the Celtics tonite atleast.

Ya know

I’d actually be ok with that. Not being able to beat Orlando doesn’t bother me as much as losing to the Celtics, but I have some old school hate for the Boston, so I might be biased. Also, we clearly do not have to beat the Magic to win the division now, so w/e.
