A lot of the next few teams will be stashing picks by drafting foreign guys.
Trade News
The Mineesota has not yet finalized the trade of Ty Lawson. They’re also not interested in trading Ricky Rubio, despite the fact that the Knicks front office is throwing rocks in the windows.
Maybe they’re really planning on running with that 3 PG idea.

Big Baby did go in the 2nd round, but no way Blair falls to 49, he will be the 1st pick in the 2nd round because its not a guaranteed contract.

i understand he is trying to hype his pick but that does not make me feel that great.
This not necessarily a good attitude
So, I guess that means we take whatever falls to us. So, no way we are doing anything to get the best player left, Blair.

Look at the numbers. Until the second half of his junior year, the only team he played well against was Clemson.

I think the hawks really should trade up. Blair would make sense early in the second round.

Scenario
Rick Sund got really drunk following the Teague selection, and belatedly was wondering about what happened to Sergio Rodiguez. It ended up sounding like “Sergiy Gladyr” and an assistant phone the pick in.

Another young player with some serious game is Ukrainian guard Sergei Gladyr, one of the more unknown international early-entrant draft prospects going into this camp. Gladyr averaged 15 points per game in the Ukrainian first division this year for a reason, as he’s clearly an extremely skilled shooting guard regardless of his age. Gladyr is one of the best shooters at this entire camp, looking absolutely terrific coming off screens and elevating off the ground sharply with picture perfect mechanics. Beyond that, he’s also one of the best athletes you’ll find here, being extremely quick, with a great first step and excellent leaping ability. While his ball-handling skills are improvable, and he’s prone to making bad decisions from time to time, he seems to have a good demeanor on the floor (always a concern with players from his country) and clearly has major potential to continue to develop. He had a team high 18 points in the evening’s all-star game
