Hawks Injury Report: Craig "five million to the cap" Claxton and Marvin Williams are out. Acie Law has officially entered "mysterious" injury land.

Celtics Injury Report: Kevin Garnett and a bunch of reserves they didn't even need last time the Hawks played them.

Blogging With the Enemy: Celtic Blog

Predicted bane of the Hawks existence: Ray Allen. It just seems time.

Game Preview:

Already? I dislike this team too much to play them again so soon in the regular season.Or maybe I should replace "dislike this team" with "get hurt feelings."

Keys to the game:

  1. The opposite of what the team did in the last meeting.

Hit up the comments if you can see through the Celtics intro smoke.

Go Hawks!

Winning this game and at Orlando would be nice before the playoffs.

It’d be nice to see the focused version of this team on the back-to-back, a playoff dress rehearsal. They need teams to fear them a little more than they do right now.

Marvin, where are you?

I like our chances....

Big game tonight but I have a good feeling about this one. Not so sure about tomorrow night. Anyway I can’t envision Big Baby having a repeat great performance and the same for Horford having a repeat poor performance.

:-) Actually I was referring to the last time we play the Celts.

i agree.

very unlikely big baby has a repeat performance.

which will make it all the more infuriating if he does.

Well guys, looks like you were all wrong.

Big Baby Davis performed very well this game. You should watch more Celtics games because he performs amazingly well on all of them…

I can’t believe such a big guy could play so well.

Oh by the way, I LOL’D when I saw him give a MONSTER BLOCK on a Hawk player. Dayummm!

Hey

isnt that the exact same layup from the Lakers game?

by xavip on Apr 3, 2009 8:02 PM EDT reply actions

No matter what happens,

we still have the Joe Johnson playoff commercial.

Please excuse the language

But it really hurts my (all of our) pride to get swept by these assholes…

So much for the rivalry thing, eh?

… And Boston fans can talk a lot of shit.

Rivalry?

There was no rivalry to begin with…

Thanks for stating my point.

To continue posing rhetoricals aimed at noone in particular...

Am I the only one who said “Holy Cow!” when seeing the score in the Orlando/Cleveland game?
